This improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler, reduces fuel consumption, and reduces pollutant emissions.

a.SVYQ-A heat pipe waste heat recovery device (gas-water)

SVYQ-A heat pipe waste heat recovery device is a special equipment for coal-fired, oil- and gas-fired boilers, installed in the boiler smoke port, and recovers the waste heat of flue gas to heat domestic water or make-up water for boilers. Its structure is shown in the figure: the lower part is a flue, the upper part is a water tank, and there is a partition in the middle. There are safety valve, pressure gauge and temperature gauge interfaces on the top, and the water tank has inlet and outlet water and sewage outlets. When working, the flue gas flows through the heat pipe waste heat returning flue to wash the lower end of the heat pipe. After the heat pipe absorbs heat, it guides the heat to the upper end, and the upper end of the heat pipe releases heat to heat the water. In order to prevent ash plugging and corrosion, the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the waste heat recovery device is generally controlled above the dew point, that is, the exhaust temperature of oil and coal-fired boilers is ≮130 ° C, and the exhaust temperature of gas-fired boilers is ≮100 ° C, which saves 4-18% of fuel.

b. SVYQ-b type heat pipe waste heat recovery device (gas-gas)

SVYQ-b heat pipe waste heat recoverer is a special equipment for fuel oil, coal, and gas boilers. It is installed in the boiler flue or flue. It recovers the flue gas waste heat and heats the air. The hot air can be used as a boiler combustion and drying material. Its structure is shown in the figure: a tube box around, a middle partition to separate the channels on both sides, the heat pipe is a full finned tube, and a single heat pipe can be replaced. During operation, high-temperature flue gas flows upward from the left channel to wash away the heat pipe. At this time, the heat pipe absorbs heat, and the temperature of flue gas radiation decreases. The heat absorbed by the heat pipe leads to the right end, and the cold air flushes the heat pipe from the right channel downward, and at this time, the heat pipe releases heat, and the heat absorption temperature of the air rises. The flue gas temperature at the outlet of the waste heat recovery device is not lower than the dew point.
